Kamal was a very devouted Muslim from Lebanon. He learned about Jihad since he was very young. He felt chosen to go to the US to make cultural Jihad - recruiting people into Islam. And then, he got into a major car accident that broke parts of his neck. That put his life in the hands of the people he hated the most. Each person trying to help him told him: "Don't worry, we are going to take care of you. Everything is going to be alright".
Kamal was initially very scared, because each man who said this was a Christian. And in terrorism, these words have a very different connotation. Even after being discharged from the hospital, he needed to be cared for. But Kamal had no one to turn to. So the orthopedic surgeon open his own house and gave him the best room at home for him to recover. The outpour of love of christians was unbelievable.
Once Kamal was able to take care of himself, he left. But the surgeon had one last surprise. He was entrusted with keys to the house and blessed him with a car.
Kamal went home devastated. He needed to settle things with Allah. He needed an answer from Allah as the christians heard from God. But Allah said nothing. Questioning his faith led him to desire suicide. He heard a voice calling him. Why don't you call on the God of father Abraham? He came into the room, and his name is Yahweh. He had holes in his hand, and his name is Jesus. He is the alpha and omega, beginning and end. He knew Kamal before the foundation of the Earth and when he was in his mother's womb.
Kamal wanted to live and die for Jesus. Jesus said, He died for him so that he could live. Threats of violence and death cannot stop Kamal sharing his story. Listen to this amazing testimony here!
Husein's father is an arab from Palestine. He grew up in a nominal Muslim household, but he started to learn more about Islam. When he was young, we felt strongly about Islam. He had a Christian friend who wanted to tell him about Jesus, but he rejected it.
A few weeks after that Husein was watching TV on Easter in the late 1970s when there was very limited programming. It turned out to be an evangelical show and suddenly, Hussein felt the Holy Spirit come to him with great power. And then immediately, he had a clear vision of Jesus. The revelation showed him something completely opposite to his belief. Jesus was certainly the Son of God. Jesus felt like seeing an old friend. The emptiness in his heart was gone. Husein knew that this was the truth.
Then he had a talk with his dad. His dad asked him if he was a Muslim. He was reminded that the Bible says that if we deny Jesus, He will deny us before the Father. So he said he no longer was a Muslim. Husein's dad kicked him out of the house as a result, and he went to live with his mother. God has mold his desire to tell Christians about Islam, and turned it to tell Muslims about Jesus!
Adel is from Kuwait. He was very rich, but the invasion of Iraq in the 90s changed everything. He had to flee with his wife and children. He didn't have money, and needed to enroll his children to study. The only place that was free was at a church. Reluctantly, he sent him there. The church was not what he expected. People prayed to Jesus, they worshipped and had a lot of joy. People were so nice that he wanted to convert them to Islam so that they would not go to Hell. He argued and verbally abused them, but the response was love.
He opened a shop with the little money he had. One day he was short of 50 dinars for rent. The landlord demanded it be paid. No customers came to buy items. Sitting on a chair, he felt inclined to look down. He saw a wooden cross. He remembered how people prayed at a church. So he said, Jesus - if you are real, please help me. Immediately, his friend came and gave him $100 USD, more than he needed. The answered prayer moved him to read the Bible and he accepted Jesus.
Her wife, hated his decision. She split the room with a curtain ... saying that Adel was an infidel and she wanted nothing from him. So Adel prayed fervently for 6 months. One day, he asked Adel to pray to the one true creator God for the truth. The next day, Adel excitedly told Adel about a dream she got. She dreamt she was going to be buried wearing a black clothing and veil by 4 people. There was a pond and was told to wash in order to go back to life. She did, and came out wearing white. Adel explained that the darkness was her sin, and that Jesus is able to cleanse her of her sins. She believed.
Now his son is a pastor and his other 2 children serve with him the God who saved them. Watch his amazing testimony in Gulf Arabic with English subtitles!
Hassan is originally a Muslim from Lebanon. His mom was beaten and abused frequently by her father. Soon after being born, his father ran off to Toronto. They later all moved to Toronto, but the beatings got worse. They decided to move to Montreal and his father even wanted to murder his mother with a knife, but thankfully no one was hurt. Back in Toronto, Hassan's mother took multiple shifts to make ends meet.
Hassan started to dive deep into Islam, but he could find no peace. No amount of praying or reading the Qur'an helped. It only increased his fears. Hassan had nightmares and visions of hell and became suicidal. He then got a job in a restaurant during Ramadan when he was 19. Then a fight broke off in the kitchen where a brother slit the throat of his own younger brother! This was a very traumatic experience for Hassan and it intensified his depression. That is when he got a vision, clearly not a dream. He was spiraling down to hell and no one heard his plea. Then a shout of an angel said 'The Messiah is coming'. Was this the Mahdi from Islam? No, the description didn't fit. Hassan's legs where paralyzed. But this divine being came with power as every footstep shook mountains. Light shone out of Him. Hassan knew this was not a man. This bright divine being said: 'Son, get up and walk'. As he read/prayed from a book, He was speaking life. Hassan walked a bit and then fell down to worship Him. 'Son if you are looking for peace, you can find it in Me'.
Then Hassan got 11 dreams of Judgment Day. He thought he needed to be a Jew, but the doors closed. 10 years went by and Hassan became depressed and went into drugs. He got into a relationship and his girlfriend got baptized. A few days after the event, Hassan started to tear and suddenly saw a red cross as he was driving. Hassan cried for a very long time, maybe an hour. This love engulfed him. He felt bad for the things that he had done. He was asked to go to a youth group meeting, and he agreed. He automatically screamed and asked Jesus to help him. Since then, Hassan has been following Jesus and sharing the gospel with those who are willing to hear. Listen to this powerful testimony!
Haitham was born in Damascus. He came from a very devote Muslim family. As a young boy, he would imitate everything his father did. He was zealous for his belief and memorized the entire Qur'an by heart as a teenager. He did have some questions but was quickly punished for doubting.
Haitham moved to England. The atrocities of other Muslims brought shame to him. So he decided to be a closet Muslim. He would pray 5 times a day and fast through Ramadan. He got married to a Christian lady.
Then an unexpected illness suddenly appeared 7 years later. Haitham had the shingle virus eating up his optic nerve making him lose his sight. The outlook was very gloomy. The virus was going to the brain and maybe advancing to eat the other optic nerve in his other eye. The doctor said the likelihood of him surviving through the night was slim. And even if he did, they would have to induce a coma to slow the virus down.
Haitham wanted to be left alone. He was done. He had been successful at work and he did not want to be a vegetable. He closed his eyes praying and said, 'Allah, take me. I'm done'. And then he felt a hand on his chest. He opened his eyes and saw a bright figure. The figure said 'I'm Yeshua'. Haitham ask, 'which Yeshua?'. Yeshua answered 'The only Yeshua the Messiah from Nazareth. The one who died on the cross for you and raised from the dead. And is now in heaven. I am the Alpha and the Omega. I have loved you before you were born.' Haitham thought Yeshua got the wrong zip code, since he's been a Muslim for 50 years. But Yeshua was looking at him through his whole life. Yeshua answered every question Haitham had, specifically in conflict with what the Qur'an said about Jesus. Yeshua said no one can take away his deity.
Haitham proclaimed Jesus as his Lord and Saviour. Haitham was then hungry. The hospital staff was amazed that Haitham was able to leave the hospital 2 days later by his own 2 feet. He later told his wife he had become a Christian. She was overjoyed, for she had been praying for Haitham for 7 years and the Lord answered her prayer.
Haitham lamented memorizing the Qur'an for the wrong belief. Now he is working on memorizing the Bible. There's been 7-8 attempts to kill him, but they have been unsuccessful. Listen to Haitham's amazing testimony for yourself.
Amy is originally from Syria, born to a Muslim household. Growing up, she had many questions. Why as a woman, was she inferior in her culture and had no certainty of going to Heaven? When she got married, her husband repeatedly abused her. She ended up getting a divorce. She was depressed. If she had the strength to suicide, she would have.
Instead, her coworker invited her to church and she went. She couldn't understand how Jesus could be the Son of God, while being God and being man. It was very confusing altogether. If this was true, she asked God for proof.
Amy developed painful gallstones. She was economically broke. She had no one to take of her. She was in dire loneliness. Knowing that Jesus had healed many in the past, she asked Jesus to heal her if He was true. And then a bright light appeared to her bed. And then he said: " Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest ". These are actually written in the Bible (Gospel of Matthew chapter 11, verse 28). There was no denying of the identity of Jesus following the vision. Amy felt sinful and she knew Jesus was holy.
Miraculously, when the doctors did a pre-surgery scan, the gallstones were gone! A miracle healing following the vision of Jesus.
Angel is half Turkish and half English. She was raised in a Muslim household.
As she got her heartbroken in her teenage years, she started reading the Qur'an more. She travel and moved around the world. She got a friend Jacob who was a Christian and explained his belief. Angel was extremely confused on how God could have a son. She ended up getting a Bible and compared what it said with the Qur'an. Unfortunately, Jacob lived far away in Budapest and she felt alone in trying to understand more about God.
She remembered, someone told her that she could ask Jesus to reveal himself and He would show you. Then for 14 days, she had many powerful dreams. She used to wore a necklace with the name Allah in it. She had a nightmare and when she woke up, she saw an imprint of Allah in her hand from her necklace. And she felt this as spiritual and something she needed to have removed. They were all a sign from God. So she believed in Jesus as her Saviour.
Finally, she felt the need to be baptized. Her friend Jacob agreed to baptize her in a river. She was very scared about sharing with others about her new faith, but God continued to encourage her to be a light, not to be hidden under a basket, but to be put in the middle of a room to shine for all to see. Listen to her testimony and be encouraged because God answers honest prayers to know Him.
Yuce was a Muslim from Turkey. He learned to memorize Qur'an verses to pray from his grandmother. One day he had a dream - he saw some women saying 'He is not in the grave', and left with fear and joy. He didn't know what this meant.
And then he saw and ad for a "free Bible". When he read up to Matthew chapter 27 and 28 regarding the resurrection of Christ, he was shocked to see his dream explained by the Bible. His thought was immediately - Allah, please don't test me like this. I don't want to become a Christian.
Yuce had questions to professors about the differences between the Qur'an and the Bible. Namely, why does the Bible say Jesus was crucified and the other doesn't? The professors said the Bible was corrupted but failed to give any factual evidence. So Yuce spent hours in a library doing his own research. What did history say about Jesus?
Yuce was at a crossroad. He was a Muslim. The Bible was telling the truth. But the Bible also pointed Jesus as divine. Thomas the apostle said 'My Lord and my God'. Jesus was worshipped. As a Muslim, he couldn't accept that. But it was the truth. He decided to become a Christian. Then his parents found out. They wanted Yuce to leave the house, but then they saw the change Yuce had in relationship to them. So his family has come to terms since seeing the positive changes in Yuce. Now he is studying seminary to serve Jesus, his Lord and Saviour. Please listen to his amazing testimony!
'Shireen' was born in a Muslim environment. Allah was far away and had to be respected. There was no talking to Allah. Be rewarded for doing good and be punished for doing something bad. When she was punished by her mother, there was a 'voice' that gave her peace even when she
Shireen was sent to France to finish her highschool because there was a civil war in her country. She ended up in a convent with priests and nuns. She lived there and was cared for like a princess with unconditional love. She found herself in a meeting where they did Bible studies. She was surprised that intelligent professors explained to her that Jesus was the Son of God, something she didn't believe. It didn't make sense.
She ended up going to Norway and learned more about Jesus in a Lutheran church. She had switched to being a 'christian' but it was nothing but a switch of religious affiliation. One day, she was in a very low point in her life - tears pouring out to the point that she fainted. That's when she had a vision of Jesus. She was wondering if God was mad at her. That's the first time she realized she was a sinner that didn't deserve forgiveness. As Jesus came closer, he opened his arms to her. She ran to him and couldn't only know she will follow Jesus wherever he would go. Listen to her emotion filled 14-minute testimony and enjoy!
The video completes with an explanation of the Gospel in Arabic. God is not limited by language. The gospel is for everyone in the world.
This is the story of Ahmed Joktan. He is from Saudi Arabia and was a Wahhabi Muslim. His father is a Meccan Mufti, a high ranking Muslim authority.
At the age of 13, he memorized the whole Qur'an. He wanted to study medicine, but that was taught in English (which he knew as the language of infidels). He went to New Zealand to study English. And then, on the Night of Destiny (laylatul qadr), Ahmed had a dream. He saw a shiny being in his balcony that said 'Come to Me. Go to the house of white pillars to find the truth.' There, he met a man that asked him about his dream. Ahmed was shocked he asked him this, and then the man explained the dream. The man had prayed earlier for someone from Saudi Arabia with a dream to come. He explained that Jesus (Issa) is the light of the world.
Ahmed accepted Jesus as His Lord. Then persecution came. In Saudi Arabia, people that become Christians are beheaded. The executions take place on Fridays. Because Ahmed shared his faith, he had his teeth knocked out. He was hunted by intelligence and by the government. He finally found refuge in the United States. Listen to Ahmed's amazing testimony and journey.
