Marjan was born in Iran. She is a devouted Muslim of the majority twelver Shi'ism. She would not miss prayer and fasting. She wanted to follow Allah religiously in all that she did.
She moved to Germany, and it was a very lonely and depressing time for her. She even contemplated suicide. She met a Christian lady there, who told her about Jesus. Marjan desired the peace and joy she had following Jesus, but Jesus was only a prophet for her. But Marjan accepted prayer, because she lacked peace. That evening she slept really well and had great peace. In the morning, as she was getting breakfast at a cafeteria in the refugee camp, she said to her self: Jesus, if you are God, I believe in you. That's when she experience her whole body as if rain was pouring all over her.
That night, her daughter had a dream. The dream was very unique, as she dreamt that in the darkness she saw a light. And the light said that 'I am a thief, I come to steal you'. How can a thief be light? So she shared this dream with her Christian friend, and she surprisingly told her that there's a similar verse in the Bible where Jesus said He is coming like a thief in the night on the Day of Judgment. The dream was a confirmation and she had no further doubts. Believing in Jesus was the right choice.
Today, Marjan simply asks people to let go of prejudices. Many people have a fixed idea of who Jesus is and are unwilling to let go of that mindset. This is the verse from the Bible she wants to share with people:
Isaiah 40:28-31 ESV
28 Have you not known? Have you not heard?
The Lord is the everlasting God,
the Creator of the ends of the earth.
He does not faint or grow weary;
his understanding is unsearchable.
29 He gives power to the faint,
and to him who has no might he increases strength.
30 Even youths shall faint and be weary,
and young men shall fall exhausted;
31 but they who wait for the Lord shall renew their strength;
they shall mount up with wings like eagles;
they shall run and not be weary;
they shall walk and not faint.

Shah was a Shia Muslim originally from northwest Iran. His mother tongue is Azeri (spoken in Azerbaijan), but he also learned Farsi, the Iranian national language. He followed the Muslim rituals because he wanted to avoid hell. But nothing helped. He didn't like regurgitating prayers in Arabic, a language that he wasn't familiar with.
Over time, there was a Christian that told him, did you know that Jesus loves you? That touched Shah, but he felt unworthy of the love. This Christian man kept on showing him unconditional love and inviting Shah to church. Shah had never gone to church. After declining many times, he finally went and was surprised at the worship at church. Shah looked at the songs being played. Then he mediated on what he heard: 'Jesus is the prince of peace. ' He saw his life story in a minute - black and white. He noticed his life had no peace. That made Shah weep. Then he heard to read Matthew 6:33. He had never read a Bible before. He was given a Bible and the words of that verse blew him away with God's peace. Every day he asked God for peace. And one day, he got the peace. His answered prayer.
Shah started to compare the Bible and the Qur'an. There was no comparison. Shah loved Jesus' teaching more and more. The last issue Shah had about the trinity - God the Father, Son and Holy Spirit. How can that be one. He had a dream, and saw that he was dead in the casquet. The cross then made him alive. Then Shah knew that Jesus Christ was Lord and Saviour. The dream was clear. Shah was dead. The cross brought him to life. The dream was a difinitive answer to Shah's prayer.

Until one day, she had a dream of Jesus and her walking in a garden. Jesus asked, do you want to follow me? Fatima didn't really understand. How could she follow someone she only knew as a prophet of old?
Fatima moved to the US. She continued to had dreams of her and her family attending old churches, modern churches. She had a friend that accepted Jesus and he shared with her the peace and joy that he had with Christ. She wanted that.
One day she went to a church. And someone asked her if she believed Jesus is God. She said - sure, I will find out if He is not eventually. So she prayed and accepted Jesus. That's when the burden she lived with for many years, finally went away. Today, Fatima's mother, brother and 2 sisters are also following Jesus. Listen to her testimony!

A man that participated in hanging non-Muslim infidels, a man that taught the Qur'an to his cell mates, a man that dwelled deep into Islam. Listen to this fantastic testimony.
