This is the story of Ragini who comes from a devoted Hindu family in Tanzania. Growing up, they had a special room for idols. Every morning she would wake up to see her mother doing offerings at the idol room. She was taught to be devoted to the idols. Ragini followed the religious traditions of her parents. But deep inside, she was wondering how God measures good deeds and bad deeds. How many good deeds where enough? Growing up there was a church swinging in Swahili “Heavenly Father there is none like you”.
She decided to attend University which she didn’t knew at the time it was a Christian education facility. When she heard the singing praising Jesus, she would weep and couldn’t understand why. Ragini started working in the hotel business after finishing school. That’s where she met Greg, a nominal Catholic man. They eventually got married and moved to California.
Ragini often had recurring dreams where she was in a very dark place, and she was crying and running away from demons. Then, there would be an extreme bright light with a voice saying “Follow me”. And as soon as she reached out to get saved from the demons, she would wake up. These dreams were vivid. On the third dream, she was able to hold the hand from the bright light and she was finally able to sleep peacefully. She didn’t know who it was in the bright light. Greg connected the words “Follow me” to Jesus because that what he was taught. Greg’s aunt Goa came to visit and Ragini shared the dream with her. Goa knew this was the Holy Spirit and started to read the Bible together with her.
She later moved to Las Vegas and was very sick. She started to read the Bible more during this time, as she was attending a Catholic church. Her works-based salvation perspective got deconstructed as she read the Word. The 10 Commandments touched her deeply, especially the one that tells her not to have idols. She wanted to get baptized in the Catholic Church. But as she attended the Catechism classes, she saw that the teaching was different from what the Bible commanded. She didn’t want to bow to a statue because a statue is an idol. She couldn’t have Mary the mother of Jesus as the mediator to God, given 1 Timothy 2:5. She was getting uncomfortable getting baptized, and asked God for a sign. Then the priest called her and told her the baptism was cancelled because all churches are closed due to Covid19.
Ragini decided to receive Jesus into her heart. She found a non-denominational Christian church and called them, sharing about her dreams and how the Lord was leading her to get baptized. Although Covid19 had closed everything, she called just in time for the churches to reopen and she would be the first person getting baptized the following day. Watch Ragini’s amazing testimony here:
This is the story of Abdoul Rahman, born in Senegal and raised in a Muslim household. At a young age, he attended Qur’anic school to learn how to read the Arabic Qur’an, and follow all cleansing rituals. Abdoul is fluent in French and Wolof, and can read Arabic yet not understand the language. He followed Ramadan, the Islamic fasting tradition. For Abdoul, Ramadan was a reset to forgive sins so that he could sin all over through the year.
His father started to move the family over to the US. He registered to Qur’anic school in the US and still attended Mosque; Islam remained a big part of Abdoul’s life. Abdoul started to like a girl, and she asked him to go to church with him. Abdoul agreed, because he wanted to get to know her. That was the first time he went to church. Abdoul dropped out of school, but held a good paying job and had a relationship with his Christian girlfriend. Abdoul started to party, and get into alcohol and drugs (despite continuing his Islamic rituals and knew it was all wrong/haram). Abdoul knew there were 7 days a week, so he could be bad for 3 days and good for 4 days, thinking that the good would outweigh the bad.
On a normal day, as he was washing his face in the bathroom, the mirror suddenly turned pitched black. He felt as his soul was sucked into the mirror and he was falling down. Abdoul was too scared to even scream, and then he ended back in the bathroom. He believed this was a wakeup call for him, and Abdoul decided to become a good Muslim and know all about Islam. He studied the English Qur’an and noticed teachings that he was never taught before. He saw deception when the Qur’an read that it was made to ‘appear’ that Jesus was crucified, but wasn’t. He learned that his prophet Muhammad consummated marriage with 9 year old Aisha. Abdoul learned that Muhammad himself was not even sure it was a real revelation; Muhammad thought it was originally a demon possession.
Abdoul started to compare Jesus and Muhammad. It was not even close. Jesus was far better. Abdoul was really confused. So he prayed from the heart, asking God for the truth. He later received a vision. He was in a very bright place, where he felt peace, joy, comfort and rest. He saw a man with a white robe, with arms wide open and the light that came from Him. His eyes look fiery and bright. Then a voice said: “I love you and I’m calling you home”. Abdoul was never told who He was, but Abdoul knew it was Jesus. This made Abdoul afraid of what was to come – leaving Islam.
On Sunday, he asked his girlfriend to go to church. She thought Abdoul was joking, since he hadn’t gone for 7 years. That happened to be resurrection Sunday. Abdoul realized that his vision happened during Good Friday. Abdoul stopped doing all Islamic traditions. Three weeks later, Abdoul had another vision. He found himself alone at the church with Jesus at the throne before him. Then he was back in the church and Abdoul wept profusely. This is the story of a young man named Abdullahi from Northern Nigeria. He was raised to a Sunni Muslim family and knew about Islam since a young age. His family was known as an Islamic cleric because Abdullahi’s grandfather was an Islamic missionary who introduced Islam to the whole community where he was born. His mom taught Islam to women and children. He first met a Christian when he was around 11 years old. Abdullahi asked him a lot of questions about Christianity. And he answered many of his questions and they became friends.
One day, Abdullahi’s mother got a call saying that her son had converted to Christianity when he hadn’t! His mom was very angry and wanted to kill him. Abdullahi was in tears and denying it. His mom had a lengthy discussion with him, and it created a segregation between Abdullahi and Christians. His mom warned him, saying that all Christians where bad people.
Abdullahi finished secondary school and he did horribly bad in his final exam. His father was very upset with him. Abdullahi had to leave home and a friend took him from Northern Nigeria to Benin City in the south, and eventually to Lagos. He tried asking to borrow a phone to call but couldn’t, until a man wearing a cross let him borrow his phone and then gave him money to get food. He questioned to himself if Christians where really bad people, because no Muslim would help him.
During Ramadan, thieves stole his money. Exhausted from fasting, he started to think there was no God. He went back to Benin City. On his way there, a man preached to him about the Bible. Abdullahi was invited to attend church, and he accepted because he remembered the Christian that helped him in Lagos. At church, the pastor gave him a Bible, and Abdullahi started reading it. Abdullahi went to ask his Imam about Jesus, but what the Imam said, Abdullahi already knew from the Qur’an.
Abdullahi was confused for several months, until he got a dream. A man with a white garments washed Abdullahi with blood. He initially was afraid because he was taught that blood in a dream was demonic. So Malam, an educated Islamic leader, did a witchcraft ritual with Abdullahi smelling smoke of charcoal and herbs and was told he would be ok. In the evening, he had the SAME dream! He went back to the Islamic leader Malam, and he had to inhale even more smoke. Then Abdullahi had the SAME dream for the third time after that! Nothing helped. Then a Christian said that a pastor could interpret his dream. The pastor turned out to be an elderly man who was an ex-Muslim. The pastor shared the gospel, and asked Abdullahi what he would do now. If Abdullahi accepted Jesus, everyone would reject him. He still decided to follow Jesus, but kept quiet about his conversion.
Half a year down the road, the Islamic teacher Malam met Abdullahi in the evening. He started abusing Abdullahi by touching him like a woman would touch a man. When Abdullahi ran away, he was threatened by the Malam to be killed if he told anyone. He found out this Malam had tried the same to his friend before. Malam’s people came at midnight one night and told Abdullahi to leave immediately. As he started leaving, he was beaten and reported to the police as if he had stolen money. After interrogation, he was let go and Abdullahi found refuge at the church at 2.am. The Malam sent people to look for Abdullahi and found out that he was taking refuge at the church. That day, he told everyone he became a Christian. Everyone found out and he received threats from all his family and friends. For the last several years he’s been running from persecution, and learning about Christianity. Now he is a missionary that preaches the gospel! Listen to Abdullahi’s amazing testimony here.
This is the story of Hadja originally from Guinea, West Africa. Her parents are from opposing tribes, Fulani and Mandingo. Her father was a strict Muslim following Islam. She recalls her father abusing her mother from a very young age. He used to pour cold water from the fridge on her mother and beat her. All she could do as a 3 year old toddler was to cry. On a day that was thunder storming, her father pushed her out of the house and closed the door on her finger, partially severing it. And he kicked out his mom, along with Hadja and her younger brother.
Hadja went to live with her grandmother and started going to school. Although she hated her dad for abusing her mom, she missed her dad who had showed her much love. Hadja was molested by her uncle, and threatened her to never see her father if she told anyone about it. This went on until she was 8, when her dad's step sister started to molest her too. Hadja started to cry to Allah in all of this, but he never answered her. At age 11, she was taken to do female genital mutilation (fgm). It was a horrifying experience that caused Hadja much pain. When she thought things couldn't get worse, an Islamic teacher raped Hadja. A so called 'respected' person did unspeakable things. At age 13 she went to the US. She needed to make ends meet and had to work and go to school at that age. The Muslim Guinea community was full of fake holiness.
Hadja talked to her parents about the abuse in Africa, but was told to keep quiet and forget about it because it was shameful. She recalls being beaten by her mother, who slapped her and sat on her neck to choke her. She was surprised her own father didn't fight for her. She tried to end her life twice, but it didn't work. After praying to Allah, he never answered. When Hadja went to sleep, Jesus showed up. She remember being in a beautiful mansion. There was a picture of Jesus to the right and a stairway that led to a bright light on the left.
Hadja told her friend that she had a dream about Jesus and was invited to go to church. She said she couldn't because she was a Muslim. But she ended up going because her friend asked many times. Hadja was amazed at the love for God. She felt the preacher was speaking to her. She went home and kept thinking of the service. She recalled feeling peace, and it made her scared. She got to her knees and prayed, she needed to know if Jesus was indeed the son of god. Within 5 minutes she had a vision and Jesus appeared to her, and she knew it was true. She went on her knees again and thanked God. She was excited to go to church and there she gave her life to Jesus Christ.

Shania and her husband Shino are from Somalia. When they moved to Sweden, they were very devoted to Islam. One day, Shania received an Iraqi video. She saw a group of men talking in Arabic about another man before them, seemingly being judged. This other man turned out to be a Jewish American called Nicholas Barry. One of the Arabic speaking men put his hand in his jacket, and took out a long sword which he used to chop off the head off Nicholas in the name of Allah. It was horrific and it shook Shania down to her core. This was a brutal, satanic sacrifice.
Later on, she recalls having a dream. In it, she saw a man in a bright, white robe. He was calling people to be saved. She saw everyone bowing down to Him, and Shania kneeled down to worship Him too.
In another dream, Shania dreamt of her mom giving her a Qur'an. But Shania surprised herself replying: 'Jesus is the Way, the Truth, and the Life. No one goes to the Father except through Him'. She was initially puzzled at what came out of her mouth. As she was fleeing in her dream, the same person in her first dream came to save her. He saved her like a Father would save a daughter. She was rescued and taken upward to a beautiful place, almost indescribable and beyond imagination. She was overjoyed in this place. She heard God said, this is the place He had prepared for her. Then she saw a screen, and the screen showed cloudy smoke; it was dark and scary. And God told her that in that smoke Shania's family where lost because they don't believe in Him. Then Shania woke up.
She googled the words that she remembered had told her mom in the dream. And she was shocked to find out that what she said was exactly John 14:6 was from the Bible. Shania realized that God loved her (John 3:16), and she accepted Jesus as her Saviour.
Shino, Shania’s husband, was afraid for his wife when she shared this with him. After a period of 4 years, Shino also ended up reading the Bible for himself, which also led him to accept Jesus as his Saviour.
Shania and Shino grew their fellowship from 3 people to over 120. Now they share their faith through a channel under the name Somali Christian TV. Even though they face persecution every day, and are forced to move from one neighbourhood to another, the grace of God has continued to carry them through.

Bala sells firewood for a living in Northern Nigeria. One day, his eyesight started to get worse and worse, until he was completely blind. He was blind for a period of three years. Because of this, he couldn't work nor see his own family. He tried getting healing from doctors and shamans, but he remained unable to see.
Bala heard that there was a team from the CBN network that came to share the Jesus Film nearby. He also heard that people got healing from prayer there. Bala wanted to go to this nearby location to receive prayer and healing, but it was too difficult for a blind man to get there. The CBN team learned about Bala and instead, they went to visit him and pray for him. Soon after praying for Bala, his eyes started to get itchy. And then, Bala noticed that his eyesight suddenly got clearer and clearer. Bala's eyes were miraculously healed! This miracle not only led his family to accept Jesus as their Lord and Saviour, but also many of his Muslim neighbours to accept Christ.

A Jesus dream in Libya!
"Marina" is a Christian from Libya who came from a Muslim background. Libya is a country known for being the country where a group of Islamic fundamentalist extremist videotaped the gruesome beheading of 21 Christians that refused to deny Jesus even with their last breath. She tells many stories of the great cost that Christians face when they leave Islam.
"Omar" is also another Christian from Libya who is facing intense persecution for sharing his new found faith with other Libyans. There is great misunderstanding among Libyans on what it is to have a true relationship with God. God wants to be like a father to his adopted children, and not like a master that has no care for his slaves.
Marina retells her story on how she decided to follow Jesus. One day, she dreamt that she was in a very dark, evil place. Suddenly, she felt a hand take her out of that place of fear, and into a bright light. She didn't understand the dream originally. But when she turned on the TV, she heard the pastor on the channel say that someone was taken from darkness to light. Witchdoctor saved!
As a child, Sanusi was trained to become a voodoo priest. He grew up with the reality that people would die when they were cursed using this evil spiritual practice. So the spiritual world was extremely real for Sanusi from day one. One day, he started to go blind. Not even the most powerful voodoo magic nor advanced glasses were able to repair his vision. He was partially blind.
Sanusi decided to go visit his sister, who lived in another village. Once there, she asked him to watch a TV program with her and little did he know that it would change his life. That night, Sanusi received a vivid dream where he saw a man on the cross who said his sins were forgiven! Because the dream had deeply convicted him, both he and his wife decided to follow Jesus and become Christians.
At this point, Sanusi was still partially blind. A week later, he saw the TV show again and followed the white man on TV to pray for healing of his eyes. Imam's daughter follows Jesus!
Hephzibah is the daughter of a strict Muslim Imam from Ghana. At a young age, she lost her mother. At school, Hephzibah developed a good bond with her English teacher, who was a Christian. Her father ended up sending her to an Arab school to learn Islam.
After finishing her high school, she was ready to further her studies. But her father used up that money reserved to pay for her school, for a lavish wedding for his new bride. Hephzibah was devastated, disappointed and sad. That's when she got a dream. She vividly saw a person looking for her and gave her a phone number. Interestingly, she could remember the number even after she woke up. She didn't call right away, but she wondered what would happen. Hephzibah hoped something miraculous would happen when she called, so she did.
The number led to a pastor. She agreed to meet him in person and after understanding more about Jesus, she decided to accept and follow Him as her Saviour. The only thing she wanted was a chance to go to school, and she prayed fervently for this in Jesus name. The next day, unexpectedly, her father told her he planned to send her to school. Hephzibah was extremely delighted that her prayer was heard and answered! She kept on going to church and even told her siblings about Jesus and many of them decided to accept Jesus too!
Eventually she couldn't hide her faith and told her father she had become a Christian. She left home, started and completed Bible School, and now lives in the US. Tunisian woman believes in Jesus!
Aklem was a devoted Muslim woman originally from Tunisia. She had a dream where she was in a pit and saw Jesus. In her dream, Jesus offered her the choice to be saved. So Aklem accepted and decided to follow Jesus.
Later, her sister from Paris shared with Aklem that she had become a follower of Jesus too! So her sister helped Aklem find a church in Tunisia, where she eventually got baptized. Aklem met a man there who became her husband and now they have a family together.
Aklem faced ongoing opposition from her family. For instance, Aklem’s older sister that lived together with her in Tunisia who is very zealous for Islam, many times would hide Aklem's Bible. But persecution has not deterred Aklem from following Jesus. Today, Aklem is working on reaching people around the world with the saving message of the gospel through SAT7, a well-known Christian media company.
People all over the world are becoming followers of Jesus, even in places where the Bible is illegal to have. A true God is able to reach even the most difficult to reach places, because He is indeed almighty and is not limited to the minute control of governmental entities.
African hajji and Sheikh’s wife believes in Jesus!
How devoted to God can someone be? Meet Betty. She was born in Sierra Leone, Africa. She grew up as a devout Muslim girl. She got married to a Sheikh and was even more devout than her husband, praying for several hours in the middle of the night.
Her passion to follow all the pillars of Islam drove her to engage in the Hajj pilgrimage two times, where she was able to touch the Ka’ba black stone for added Islamic holiness.
Passionate Muslims are known for their calloused foreheads that come as a result of rubbing their foreheads to the carpet when doing Salat (Islamic prayer). Betty’s calloused forehead used to be so heavy it was black.
Very few Muslims could even match the zeal for God that Betty had. But quite unexpectedly, Betty received three dreams of Jesus. The third one was the most powerful and significant dream that she remembers. In it, she saw Jesus with a crown of thorns. Betty recalls seeing fresh blood being spilled to save her of her sins remains vividly imprinted in her memory that she weeps at the very thought. The power of the Lord Jesus has changed her life completely.
Without explanation, Betty’s callous skin on her forehead has since fallen. She vibrantly and boldly preaches the Gospel as a witness of the love of God. Her message is that no matter where you are or what background you come from, if you honestly and humbly ask God to show you the truth, Jesus will guide you to the truth. Jihadist female terrorist believes in Jesus!
Carla* was a fundamentalist extremist Muslim, groomed to be a suicide bomber. She had planned to blow herself up at a local market. Before doing so, she got a profound dream. A man in dazzling white told her "I am the Way, the Truth and the Life. Follow me and you will preach the gospel."
Carla had to understand this dream. She ended up getting answers when she asked a Christian. She couldn’t believe that these were the words from Jesus written on the gospel of John 14:6. The Christian shared the gospel with Carla and she accepted Jesus as her Saviour.
Carla then received a second dream! In the dream, the same man wearing dazzling white whom now she knew was Jesus, told her to go to the regional Jihadist commander and tell him the gospel. The commander was greatly feared as he had been responsible for the death of thousands.
Despite warnings from other Christians to not go, Carla was determined and obediently went. Against all odds, she was somehow able to approach the commander and she told him the gospel. Unexpectedly, the commander immediately fell down in tears. Carla then found out the reason. Three days ago, Jesus had appeared in a dream to the commander too. In his dream, Jesus told the commander he was in a path of destruction, and that he needed to change. Jesus told the commander that a woman would come and tell him the gospel. The commander surrendered to Jesus following this divine appointment, and then ordered all his officers to come, which amounted to three truckloads of people.
Since then, Carla has coordinated with the Jesusfilm team and shared the gospel in her local heart language. Nearly a thousand people have accepted Jesus and renounced terrorism. Watch Carla’s amazing testimony here.
