DREAMS ABOUT JESUS - AFRICA (Morocco)

Morrocan man asks which book to find God: Qur'an or Bible? The answer is shown to him in a dream.

This is a Moroccan man (Mohammed’s) journey from Islam to Christianity. When he reached the age of 16, he noticed that many Muslims where nominal in nature, that is claimed to follow Islam but didn’t practice it. He moved to a western country. He noticed every religion always fought upon the identity of Jesus Christ. When he was 21, he started to lose everything seeking for satisfaction. There was a void in his heart. Nothing in this world could satisfy him.

So he looked into Islam naturally. But there’s nothing personal about Allah. He met Christians, and he was challenged to the fact that Christian’s prayers were answered. He had faith in his religion, so he kept waiting for even one sign from Allah, but it never came. Conversely, he knew of a woman pastor who told him she didn’t have enough for eggs, and suddenly someone anonymously provided those eggs without her asking. He wondered if that’s how the Christian God worked, because that’s certainly not the way he knew Allah worked.

He was deep into depression, sobbing. He wanted to know who God was. He had a Quran and a Bible at hand. He found no satisfaction being with friends, in smoking or in drinking. As he was crying, a missionary came over and gave him a Bible verse written in a piece of paper. The missionary told him that he prayed for a Bible verse for him, and that was the verse he shared with him. The Moroccan man took the Bible, the Quran, and the piece of paper to his room. Within his confusion of the identity of God, he called to the God of the universe for help. “Where are you?” He wanted to know if He was in the Qur’an or the Bible.

That night, it was his first time opening the Bible in his life. He wanted to give God 7 days to come to him, or else he would go to God (take his own life). The piece of paper the missionary gave him was a verse in 1 Timothy. It was just one page front and back, but it took him 3 hours to read. Then he fell asleep and had a dream he will never forget. In his dream, he was in a dark area and there was a tiny light far away. As he walked to the light, he noticed that the light came from something in the hands of a person. This person was holding a book that was the source of the light. He wondered if it was the Qur’an or the Bible. So he turned the cover and he clearly saw “Holy Bible”.

When he woke up, he somehow felt the depression melt away. He was shocked. How come God answered him right away? It was an indescribable satisfaction. Then he looked at Muslim scholars to see what they thought about Christianity. He wrote down every passage the Muslim scholars used, and he was shocked at the lies that they made.

Then he learned about the Holy Spirit. The Sunni Muslims believe the Holy Spirit is Jibril (the angel Gabriel). The Shia Muslims believe it’s an Imam. But the Christians told him the Holy Spirit is God. He simply asked for the Holy Spirit and he later experienced it. He asked 3 different people about this feeling and he got confirmation that it was the Holy Spirit. He was told to read the Gospel of John. As he read the book, the Holy Spirit around him, came all together to the heart. And when he said the name of Jesus, the Holy Spirit reacted all over his body. No other name had this effect. Hafiz Salafi Imam from Morocco becomes a follower of Christ

This is the story of Bruno from Morocco. He was very devoted to Islam. He went to Egypt to study Arabic and became as proficient in that language as he is in his native French. He went to study and live in Medina, where he got the title of Hafiz for memorizing the Qur'an. He decided to follow one of the most pure and strictest forms of Islam – Salafism. He went on to become an Imam within that sect. He followed all the pillars of Islam, including the pilgrimage to the Hajj. That, however, was not a good experience as the stampede almost killed him.

He had studied parts of the Bible in order to debate and convert people to Islam. He did in fact used that to convert hundreds of people into Islam, something that he now deeply regrets. Bruno's father, interestingly, was a Christian. Bruno tried but failed to convert his father to Islam before he died from brain cancer. Bruno later went to Morocco to teach Arabic, but was expelled and he went to Belgium.

Bruno had many questions, starting with the crucifixion of Jesus Christ. Why did history prove that Jesus died? Why did history prove that he resurrected? Why did Islam say the opposite six centuries later? Bruno originally had preferred to die rather than to become a Christian. When he read the Bible, it created conflicting thoughts with his Islamic belief, so he concluded that the doubts came from Satan. One day he got up to pray and almost involuntarily started “Our Father who is in Heaven”. But this was how Jesus taught his followers to pray, so he slapped himself. Bruno thought he was going crazy. His doubts turned into more and more questions. Why did Christians and Jews believe the promise went through Isaac and Muslims believe it’s through Ishmael, six hundred years after Jesus' time? How can a thousand year foundation suddenly be questioned?

As Bruno yielded to the Holy Spirit, his questions were eventually all answered through many apparent 'coincidences'. It was then that Bruno decided to follow Jesus as his Lord and Saviour. Listen to his amazing testimony here!

Morocco: Kenza has an end of times dream & Jesus gives her peace!

Kenza was born in Morocco to an Islamic household that immigrated to the US. She was a Muslim by the book, but yet her heart wasn't fully sold out to Allah. Kenza had followed out of fear. Because she was told that her life’s sins would be forgiven by engaging in the Hajj pilgrimage, and knew she would accumulate many sins in her life, she originally had planned to go only when she grew very old.

Through her teenage years and into her twenties, she started to have dreams. In a recurring dream that would have her wake up around 2am every night, she heard a voice saying 'Kenza, your father is calling you'. She believed this was God calling her, but yet in Islam calling Allah a father was blasphemous.

Kenza went to Mosques looking for comfort, but each time she only felt worse instead. She kept on going because that's the only given way since she was a child. Kenza had Qur'an verses written on her walls when she was going through depression. But the recitation of these verses gave her no relief. So Kenza had a dilemma. She could take her own life and be guaranteed hell, or face an Allah that hated her. It didn’t help that her own family condemned her even more. And to make matters worse, her mosque echoed that condemnation.

One night she went to sleep and remembers seeing the end of times. She saw a man dressed with a white robe descending. She knew it was Jesus somehow, and felt a peace that made no sense given that anxiety was her ongoing default. That made her question why Jesus was assuredly more than just a prophet as Islam teaches. It was difficult to wrap her mind around that. It took eight to ten months to accept and follow Jesus even after the dream. Kenza knew very well about the great cost of following Jesus for anyone coming from a Muslim background. Kenza knew that she would have to inevitably leave her parents and siblings; leave everything that she had ever known.

Kenza's parents believe that their own salvation would be at stake if any of their children left Islam. So her parents would have freaked out if they saw her with a Bible. Kenza was afraid of her own life given the fact that honour killings happen, even in the US. Kenze knew the cost, but yet still decided to follow Jesus. Kenza went from an Allah that wants you to die for him, to a God that sent His son to die for you. Listen to her amazing testimony here.

Morocco: Samira hears voices & feels hands burning, who can help?

  Jesus was in Morocco!

This is the story of Samira, a woman born in Morocco that lived in the Netherlands. Her family taught her to follow Islamic traditions from back home. Since she was very young, she had always been very afraid of the dark. There were voices talking in her head non-stop, making her constantly restless and never having any peace.

As she was growing up, she became depressed and got involved with drugs. One night, when Samira was in her 20s, she went to sleep and had a vivid vision. Her hands suddenly felt like there were burning in fire. The blaze was going up her body and her heart started to beat faster and faster. She was so afraid that she believed she was going to die right there and then. So for the first time in her life, she cried out and said “God if you are real, please save me. Don't let me die!" She started to list all the things that she had done wrong in her life. And then she continued "I will do anything you want, just let me live!" Following this plea, a vision of light came upon her. The fire instantly went away, and she went to sleep because she couldn't understand what had happened. She woke up with peace for the first time in her life.

Samira stopped the drug use and partying, and decided to look for God in books. She read the Qur'an, the Bible, looked at New Age ... whatever could help her know the truth. After 8 months, she felt someone behind her and knew it was Jesus. She was overcome by a divine sense of love. But which Jesus? Only the Jesus of the Bible made sense. Hear her amazing story here!

Lisa, an Arab from Morocco has dreams and visions of Jesus

  Moroccan lady accepts Jesus!

Lisa Nazha was born in Morocco and grew up in a Muslim family in the Netherlands. Her father was a violent man, a womanizer whose sexual desire almost led him to rape Lisa's sister. She had a very disturbing upbringing given her father’s sinful tendencies. At home, she was called a Jew, a term that was equal to a cuss word within a Muslim family.

When Lisa was eight years old, she had a dream where she saw Jesus. In her dream, Jesus asked her if she wanted to live in His house, and she said yes. She understood this meant accepting Jesus into her heart, and she did.

As she grew up, Lisa was bullied. But through those discouragements, she got visions of Jesus that encouraged her to fight through the valleys of her life.

Lisa eventually got married with a tall, Catholic man that unfortunately did not love Jesus. Although there were a list of seven medical conditions Lisa had that deemed her barren, she had a revelation that she would have a son one day. Defying all odds, she indeed have a child just as it was revealed to her. Lisa later found out that her husband was a liar and a womanizer. Lisa finally left this man. Today, decades after the divorce, Lisa continues to faithfully serve Jesus by sharing the joy of following God with people in Netherlands. Watch her testimony here.

Fatima from Morocco: angel in dream says 'The Messiah is coming!'

Fatima was born in Morocco to a Muslim family and moved to the Netherlands at a young age. Fatima lost her mother when she was 4 and lived at many foster homes throughout her childhood. Fatima started seeking God in her teenage years in order to fill and emptiness in her, but Islam didn’t fulfill that craving. She started drinking alcohol and partying, but that also didn’t help so she left that.

Fatima's sister shared with her about a dream she had. It started with her sister finding herself end up in hell and demons started approaching her. Then out of a sudden, an angel repeated 'The Messiah is coming!' and Jesus and his light came to save Fatima’s sister. Although she had no previous knowledge of Jesus, Fatima’s sister somehow knew it was Him. Jesus said: "I am the truth and I am the life. I'm coming back and you have to focus on me". The joy that her sister received from Jesus made her tell Fatima that they needed to focus their eyes in Christianity, that Jesus the Messiah is coming.

Fatima was happy for her sister, but she could not relate with her. Fatima remembers that in mid-2020, she met a lady that looked like her sister. But his person felt moved to tell Fatima that 'Jesus loves you and has a great plan for you'. God had prompted this lady to pray for a Fatima a week ago, something she could prove from her group of Christian friends that she’d been praying. Fatima saw something different in her that radiated warmth and love. She wanted what this lady had. So Fatima decided to follow Jesus and the lady led her to Christ and gave her a Bible.

Fatima felt like the prodigal son, as a daughter in Christ. That means she went far away from God and when she came back, God fully accepted her as a father longs for her lost daughter. She was encouraged to find out that other ex-Muslims had similar stories to hers. Now Fatima knows the void in her heart can only be filled with Jesus. Praise the Lord that we can go to Him in our brokenness.
